To qualify for our guarantee, customers must complete these simple steps that ensure LyraSleep can work as designed:

1. Consistent Daily Use (21+ Days)

  • Take 2 gummies nightly, 30-60 minutes before bed
  • Track usage in a Sleep Success Journal (or digital tracker)
  • Why: Sleep architecture requires consistent support to reset natural rhythms

2. Basic Sleep Hygiene Foundation

  • Maintain a consistent bedtime (within 1-hour window)
  • Sleep in a dark, cool environment
  • Avoid screens 30 minutes before taking gummies
  • Why: LyraSleep optimizes your natural sleep systemโ€”it works WITH good sleep habits, not instead of them

3. Communication Protocol

  • Email our Sleep Success Team (support@lyrasleep.com) at day 7 to confirm you've started

4. Exclusions (Clear Boundaries)

  • Guarantee void if product is used inconsistently (fewer than 21 days)

Because of hygiene and safety standards, opened gummy jars can't be returned, but if there's a problem, we'll always make it right.
