If your country isn’t available at checkout, please email support@lyrasleep.com — our team is always expanding where we ship.


📦 Order Processing

All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.

If you haven’t received tracking after 3 business days, simply reach out to support@lyrasleep.com — we’ll check on it for you right away.

🚀 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can also track it anytime through our Order Tracking Page.

If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days — don’t worry. It’s usually in transit between shipping hubs.
If it’s been more than 14 days with no movement, contact us and we’ll investigate immediately.


💬 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 25 days, we’ll reship it free of charge or issue a full refund.
